Rubén Hernández
A senior marketing executive with nearly three decades of integrated marketing experience with an emphasis on consumer engagement.
A strategic leader, with expertise in developing Total Market strategies that incorporate traditional and new media including connected TV, linear TV, digital, social, radio, direct mail, out-of-home and experiential. Mr. Hernández has helped deliver growth strategies for brands like Consumer Cellular, Disney, Bosley Medical, Loan Mart, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Zip Recruiter, Liberty Medical and United Healthcare.
A Los Angeles native, with close ties to his community, heritage and culture. Ruben’s community involvement has allowed him to remain grounded and maintain a true perspective on consumer wants and needs.

With 15+ years in the industry, she has honed her skills in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate and captivate audiences for brands such as: ZipRecruiter, HomeAdvisor, Angie’s List, Dyson, L’Oréal, Equifax, 3M, Credit Repair, Western Digital, CHLA, SanDisk, Transamerica and more.
Throughout her career, August has contributed to the growth and success of diverse organizations, from startups to industry brand leaders. She takes pride in delivering measurable and sustainable results that positively impact the bottom line.
